Check Mark in HTML Form
I'm having individuals complete forms online; they are required to go
through some web based panels. Upon completion of those panels, the forms
are then populated based on what they've answered in those panels. There
are certain forms that have check boxes to be checked. When creating the
form (PDF) in HTML I want to add the check mark character to the
appropriate box if the value equals a certain ID. I tried this but it's
not work for me. Someone please help!
